Craig Hodgetts and Hsnming Fung, hplusf Design, Los Angeles, CA. Well known for their impeccable redesign of the Hollywood Bowl, Hodgetts and Fung convey a sense of discovery and wonder. With their project called The State of Ecotopia, originally presented in 1999, H + F examines themes of adaptability and change through the lens of science fiction.
